BC-25/30 Color Strip Extruder
The BC-25/30 series color strip extruder is an auxiliary system specifically designed for use with blown film lines. Its core task is to precisely extrude colored lines (such as the common red or blue lines) onto the lip or zipper area of a self-sealing bag for product classification or brand identification. Usually installed beside the main die head, it co-extrudes colored masterbatch with the raw material through a dedicated flow channel, creating a continuous and uniform colored line. It fulfills the industrial need for high-efficiency, low-cost visual identification on transparent packaging.

This allows operators to fine-tune the temperature and pressure based on masterbatch characteristics without interfering with the main extruder's operation.
