BC-45 Single Screw Extruder

The single screw extruder is specialized equipment engineered for the continuous production of plastic zipper profiles used in reclosable bags. The machine consists of three primary modules: the extrusion system, the transmission system, and the heating/cooling system. Under the rotational action of the screw, plastic granules undergo conveying, compaction, melting, and homogenization to form a uniform melt. This molten material is then extruded through the die head under constant pressure, followed by precise shaping and cooling to create consistent zipper profiles. This zipper profile machine is highly compatible with both LDPE and PP raw materials.
