BC-600/800/1000 Gravure Printing Machine
The gravure printing machine is a specialized system designed to transfer ink from recessed plate cylinders onto substrates such as plastic films. This rotogravure press is primarily composed of unwinding and rewinding units, printing sections, and drying systems. During operation, the plate cylinder is fully inked, and a doctor blade scrapes away ink from the non-image areas, leaving ink only in the recesses to be transferred onto the substrate under the pressure of the impression roller. It is an ideal solution for continuous multi-color printing on materials with excellent printing properties, such as BOPP, PET, PVC, PE, aluminum foil, and roll paper.
