BC-45 Twin Screw Extruder
The twin screw extruder is specialized equipment engineered for the high-precision manufacturing of plastic seal strips used in resealable packaging. The system comprises a transmission unit, feeding device, barrel, and synchronized screws. Under the action of the twin screws, the raw material undergoes a continuous process of conveying, compaction, melting, and homogenization. This results in a uniform melt that is extruded through the die head under stable pressure, followed by shaping and cooling to create high-quality zipper profiles.

Utilizing a co-rotating twin-screw design, the zipper profile extruder generates high shear speeds in the meshing zone where screw flights move in opposite directions. This effectively scrapes away any material adhering to the screws, ensuring an excellent self-cleaning effect.
