  • Shaftless Plate Mounting: This two colour rotogravure machine discards traditional manual shafts in favor of a pneumatic cylinder-driven shaftless mounting system. This ensures high concentricity and allows for rapid, single-person plate changes.
  • High-Precision Color Tracking: Driven by vector frequency motors and a 360-degree automatic tracking system, the 2 color film printing machine maintains longitudinal errors within ±0.10mm, even during speed transitions.
  • Industrial-Grade Drying & Inking: Each unit is equipped with an independent closed constant-temperature oven and centrifugal fans for instant ink drying. The pneumatic doctor blade with automatic horizontal oscillation ensures uniform ink distribution and extends plate life.
  • Heavy-Duty Stable Structure: The shaftless gravure press features a 60mm thick high-quality cast iron frame with a total weight of approximately 2 tons. This robust build effectively absorbs vibration to maintain precise alignment during high-load operations.
Component Breakdown
Machine Frame
  • Structure: Modular assembly using high-quality cast iron. Frame wallboards feature a width of 400 mm, height of 1600 mm, and thickness of 60 mm. Material protection rollers provide high precision with oxidized surfaces and an outer diameter balance of <5g. Adjustable left/right positioning with aluminum rollers (Φ60mm × 630 mm) installed at corners.

Drive System
  • Structure: Utilizes vector inverters to control vector motors. A synchronous wheel on the motor shaft drives the transmission shaft, which in turn drives each gearbox to the printing plate. Flexible connections are used at all gearbox joints.
  • Specifications: Includes one 4 kW main vector frequency motor and one 4 kW vector inverter.
  • Bearings: Harbin bearings used for the gearbox.

Printing Section
  • Shaftless Plate Mounting
    1. Structure: Features a shaftless mounting format to ensure uniform initial positioning of the plate cylinders. Pneumatic cylinders pull the plate cylinder shaft while lateral manual adjustment is handled via screw movement.
    2. Specifications: One Φ80mm × 250 mm cylinder per group. Supports plate widths from 200 mm to 650 mm and plate diameters from 100 mm to 280 mm. Uses Harbin bearings.
  • Impression Unit
    1. Structure: Uses a swing-arm type double cylinder system.
    2. Specifications: Nitrile rubber (NBR) impression rollers measuring Φ120 mm × 600 mm with a Shore hardness of 75°–80°.
  • Doctor Blade Unit
    1. Structure: Features a dual-axis adjustable doctor blade that allows for free adjustment of height and angle. Blade pressure is controlled via a double pneumatic system, and lateral movement is driven by a motor via worm gear rotation.
    2. Features: Extends the lifespan of the plate pattern and ensures uniform ink scraping with a lateral oscillation of ±5 mm.
  • Inking System
    1. Structure: Ink trays can be manually raised or lowered based on the size of the printing plate.
  • Drying System
    1. Structure: Built-in closed oven utilizing centrifugal fans for air blowing and suction to create hot air. Includes intake air pre-heating. Electric heating tubes are distributed at the air outlet of each oven, with temperature regulated by intelligent controllers.
    2. Specifications: One 1.1 kW centrifugal fan per group; six 1 kW electric heating tubes per group; one intelligent temperature controller per group. Total power per drying system group is 6 kW.
